Dolores A. Grayson has provided professional development services, seminars, technical assistance and been a conference speaker for educators and community organizations at the national, state and local levels. 

Professional Services Include:
Delivering trainings to educational professionals from pre-school through higher education.

Seminar Topics Include:
• Identifying areas of disparity within classrooms and encouraging teachers to utilize research based, pro-active instructional strategies and resources to eliminate the disparities and support higher expectations;

• Sharing how equity disparities relate to the special needs population, single sex education, English language learners, socioeconomic status, testing and assessment.

• How providing a safe environment in which all children can learn is an equity responsibility for educators;

•  How the home environment can increase self-esteem and student success.

Technical Assistance Includes:
• Conducting school site visitations for educational equity reviews with an emphasis on cultural responsiveness, Title IX and gender equity.

• Conducting staff interviews and surveys.

• Providing reviews of procedures as pertaining to cultural diversity, sensitivity and human relations.

• Compiling and presenting reports including strengths, recommendations and specific suggestions for next steps.
