About Us

Dolores A. Grayson, Ph.D.
Dolores (Dee) Grayson is a nationally recognized presenter, researcher and leader in educational equity and professional development. She is best known as the developer and principal author of the award-winning Generating Expectations for Student Achievement (GESA) program and numerous other GESA related training programs and materials. She has served as a consultant and external evaluator for several state and federally funded programs and school districts. She has presented workshops, provided technical assistance and keynoted conferences with teachers, administrators, board and community members with representative from all fifty states and twenty countries.

Her early work includes:
• Development of the Educational Equity Center for the Los Angeles County Office of Education, where she provided technical, advisory and professional development services to the 95 school districts in Los Angeles County.

• Experience as a physical education and science teacher, a school and district administrator, a program developer and manager, a grants writer, a program specialist with two Equity Assistance Centers, and a Title IX Administrative Consultant with the California State Department of Education.

• Founding member and former Chair of the Association for Gender Equity Leadership in Education (AGELE), former Chair of Women Educators, former Chair of Research on Women in Education and an active member and contributor to the American Educational Research Association (AERA).

Pamela R. Miller, M.A.
• Pam Miller is Associate Director of GrayMill. She has had experience directing an alcohol treatment program in Los Angeles, single parent programs including teen parents, and facilitating parenting classes. She is responsible for producing GrayMill publications and co-authored GESA for Parents.
