The primary focus of the agency is the national distribution of three highly successful research based programs for teachers, parents and administrators.

Dolores A. Grayson, Ph.D., is Executive Director of GrayMill. She has been an educational leader in equity issues and honored for her nationwide presentations, publications and research for over twenty years. She is the developer of the GESA and Equity Principal programs.
